Festival of Trees - Children's Holiday Programs

Event Information

The Jacksonville Public Library and the Junior League of Jacksonville will continue a holiday tradition with the Festival of Trees Children's Holiday Programs beginning on Saturday, November 26 at 2pm with the arrival of Santa Claus. All are welcome to come to the alligator couch in the children's department of the Main Library to hear a story and participate in a craft.
Holiday trees decorated and donated by the Junior League will be displayed in the Children's Department at the Main Library through December 30. Families are invited to this and three other Festival of Trees programs during the holiday season.


Festival of Trees Programs: All our special presenters will read a story, and then attendees may participate in a craft activity.


Saturday December 3 at 2pm - Kelli Heath, Duval County Reading Council


Saturday December 10 at 2pm - Donnie Horner, Mayor's Education Commissioner


Saturday December 17 at 2pm - Winter Wizard will spread the magic of the season
